Shipping Policy:

We DO NOT ship to unconfirmed addresses. If the shipping address does not match the billing address associated with your bank card, the payment will not be processed. Once orders are placed, we cannot alter or cancel any pending orders.

US Shipping: Please allow 3-7 business days for processing and shipping. During Holidays and Sales, processing and shipping time frames extend to 7-10 business days.

International Shipping: Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping. During Holidays and Sales, processing and shipping time frames extend to 7-14 business days.

All US shipping fees will be a flat rate of $20.00. International shipping fees will be determined based on the location.

Return Policy:

LA Keyz Fashion does not offer Returns/Exchanges at this time. All sales are FINAL. Please carefully review your order to ensure that all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your payment. Once packages are shipped, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Please refer to the provided tracking number for updates on your shipment.
